In this Webinar we look at the difference that the sales channel can make to a consumer’s right to change their mind.

  • on-line sales and contracts concluded within the home: the information that a business must provide and the steps a consumer needs to take to exercise this right

  • contract variations and best practice considerations in documenting these.
