Harry Yunis

Harry Yunis worked in a number of influential roles at DFS from Online to Credit Uplift, building a reputation for his commitment to world class service through customer advocacy. Through his role as Head Of Customer Service, Harry has cultivated a strong relationship with The Furniture Ombudsman, working together to ensure that customers are treated fairly at every touchpoint. Harry is well versed in the mitigation of reputational risk, and works closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including Finance Companies & Legal Bodies.
