James Taylor

Jim is a solicitor with 30 years' experience operating in highly regulated environments including as a partner at Shoosmiths and as MD of the legal services division of an ABS law firm. He has acted for banks and other creditors in consumer-focused debt litigation and now brings that experience to the ADR sector.
Jim is also chair of the Policy and Reform Committee of the Civil Court User's Association, working with a number of stakeholders to enhance the experience of all users of the civil justice system, particularly in the county courts.
